For dinner, i cooked sayur campur, ikan bilis goreng with kentang, and masak lemak daging salai...hehehe..and sambal belacan of course... Mana lengkap. But still, bila makan nasi, sure nak kicap manis Habhal's gak.. hehehe..habit. Masak awal... coz we had dinner early, at 7 pm everyday (zaman mc la...kalau keja, plg awal makan pukul 7.45pm)
And for today's breakfast, i skipped my healthy Herbalife drink and i bake homemade pizza. I used wholemeal bread, high calcium-low fat cheese, black pepper sausage and some mix vegetables to balance the meal. hehehe..kononnya healthy diet la tu. Tu je la kut for this post. Take care, friends..
P/s: Ida... Kak yati dah pandai and rajin masak....hehehe...dah penuh dah peti ais, kalau dulu...ayam 5 ketul pun 3 minggu dalam freezer. :) i love my new found hobby...
